  Bought a child carrier from them which would be delivered in 3-5 working days. They provided a tracking number for which I had so many problems as they use MyHermes which is far worse than yodel. After taking 4 days off and 3 promised call backs by Wellies and worms I got my item delivered by a completely random courier in a huge box, I believe that wellies and worms do not stock these but act as a supplier to a drop-shipping company. Also it took almost 2 weeks to receive my order, I have complained and been promised a manager call back twice which has never happened. No compensation for my time off work, no nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, your better off searching for GoOutdoors.co.uk as they are a lot better with online ordering ... Never again Welliesandworms
