Spartoo gets a ZERO rating from me! I ordered 2 pair of Birkenstocks a couple months ago. Received one pair in regular width, one in narrow. Sent the shoes back, was told shoe only comes in narrow. Perhaps you need to put that in the description? Sent the shoes back, cost me $23.00 for shipping. The offered me a COUPON TOWARDS ANOTHER PAIR OF SHOES, 7 POUNDS! I paid in US DOLLARS, wanted my US DOLLARS returned. They did not pay me for the returned shoes, $86.00, or for shipping. Had to put in a complaint with PAY PAL. US shoppers, STAY AWAY! This company is dishonest! Bunch of losers!~

Absolutely superb service. I've placed about 5 orders with this company over the last 2 years and I've always been satisfied. I've run into a few delivery problems here and there, and I contact the customer service centre every time and the problem is quickly taken care of. They offer free delivery, UPS delivery at a Â£3 cost, and a 48 hour delivery service as well. I always choose the free delivery, and the last time I received my parcel 3 days after I placed by order, which is not bad at all for a free service! Returns are also free of charge within 30 days, so you really don't lose out by even ordering something from the site that you are not sure of. Great shopping experience and I will certainly use again in the future!
