lovely products, appauling online service. I have a wedding to attend this Saturday 22nd Aug. Back in June I placed an online order for 3 dresses which had a two week delay in processing due to a 'technical fault'. I collected in-store and kept one dress (albeit not suitable for the wedding but lovely nonetheless) and returned the others. I then placed another order (by now it was July) which was also delayed in processing due to a 'technical fault'. I collected from store, tried them on and decided to keep the Taya dress, they refunded the other two while I was there. The refunded amount was incorrect (although it matched the paperwork they received in store so not the girls fault) and I am now out of pocket by £15 (I've had to send customer services copies of the paperwork in order for them to correct it). In the meantime I still needed shoes and a bag so with very little time left due to all the delays I decided to order the matching shoes and bag as shown on their website, and selected the extra £5.95 delivery to speed things up, only to receive an email 5 days before the wedding cancelling the shoes as apparently there was a 'technical fault' with the website and in fact the shoes weren't in stock. I replied to their email the same day asking to also cancel the bag, which then got delivered to my local post office the next day. So I am now expected to find time to collect this bag and get it returned and buy another set of shoes/bag while working this week and going to the wedding Saturday. It was supposed to be easy and stress free but this whole experience has been the complete opposite. Yes Phase Eight, you may sell lovely clothes, but your service leaves much to be desired. It's absolutely horrendous. It takes ages to get an email response and we can never get through on the phones. Unfortunately, I feel my time with you will end, there's plenty of other companies out there who sell just as nice products with great service to boot. Such a shame you have to let yourselves down.
