  Very disappointed with delivery and customer services. Ordered 2 weeks ago and have chased them 3 times to try and get an update. each time am assured that goods will be with me in a few days. Today they actually said goods have been despatched and will be with me today (did not happen). Customer service rep also promised to call me back with an order update (of course, also did not happen)

  I ordered Phil&Ted panniers from peppermint on 2nd April 2009 and finally received them 21st April. About a week after I ordered them they sent me the wrong thing so I had to take it to the post office and send it back to them. The point of buying online for me is so I don't have to take the little ones round the shops. Their phone response and emails seemed very much like lip-service. I won't be using them again.
