  First off, everything on the online store is double the price of what you can get at Sainsbury's or any other local super market, should they have it. Secondly, when you check out they automatically make you select the more expensive shipment option (courier) which I hadn't noticed and paid for. Thirdly, and most importantly, there is no way to contact them other than via e-mail as they have no phone number on their website or any other way of contacting customer service. I had placed an order on Saturday morning which I cancelled almost instantly after paying (as I had noticed I had paid for courier rather than standard delivery) and the only way to do this was to e-mail customer service which said they would cancel as long as the items had not been dispatched (which they wouldn't be until Monday since it was Saturday). Then Monday afternoon I get an e-mail saying my items had been dispatched. I e-mailed customer service again and no reply. I do not suggest shopping at Marmite online unless you have no other way of purchasing any Marmite goods, and if you do order online - - CHECK THE SHIPPING COSTS!
