  I would not order or deal with this company again!!! Ordering was easy on the website but delivery was overly complex and long. I was really disappointed to receive damaged goods, not through the delivery but these were manufacturing faults. The customer service is abrupt, bordering on downright rude. I was generally made to feel that I was an inconvenience telephoning to ask to return a faulty item. At no point did anyone(through emails or in a telephone conversations) apologise for my inconvenience.

  Awful - avoid! Customer service is dreadful - they are based in France and couldn't care less about arranging delivery. A week of trying to arrange delivery with them ended in us cancelling a £1700 delivery, 4 weeks after ordering.
