The service from this company is disappointing to say the least. I opened my brand new birthday iphone 6 (£618) 2 weeks late as we were on holiday, and it turned out to be faulty. An independent witness at Three mobile was there when I opened it for the first time, and the guy at Jigsaw 24 even said it was obviously just opened when I returned it. But because we didn't notify Jigsaw 24 of a fault within the required 14 days, it has been replaced as a repair. I would recommend everyone go straight to Apple where the service is excellent.

Approach with caution I bought a brand new I phone 6 at a cost of £618 for my wife`s birthday. We were on holiday at the time so she didn`t try to set the phone up until our return to the UK. When she did - it didn`t work. We got on the phone to Jigsaw 24 to ask them to replace it. They refused - because more than 14 days had passed since date of purchase. They offered to `refurbish` the defective phone. Having paid £618 for a new phone we really did not want a `refurbished` telephone. Jigsaw 24 refused to budge. After endless calls and e mails we have had to accept the refurbished phone. Things go wrong - that`s life. The test is how the company deals with it. Jigsaw were hopeless. Next time, we`ll go straight to Apple. Moral of the story - do not buy from Jigsaw 24 if the item is a present or is not going to be opened almost immediately. Indeed, do not go to Jigsaw 24 for the service.

I bought my MacBook from Jigsaw and a few other bits and pieces (a mouse, some cables etc.) and each time they've exceeded my expectations. In each case I received the items the next day and in perfect condition - what more can you ask for? Cheap, great quality and their customer service is second to none. I had a couple of questions before ordering and their tech people are very knowledgeable.
I can't believe Tim Hunt would be so stupid as to order software without reading the spec/system requirements (helpfully provided by Jigsaw for each product) first! I've had nothing but good service and aftercare from Jigsaw - what else can you expect from a company that has more technical staff than salespeople? Love their quirky attitude too.
Jigsaw24.com BEWARE - RETURNS POLICY - Read the small print or it could be costly!!!! I have just purchased software from Jigsaw 24 but needed to return it due to the fact that my MAC operating system was too low a spec to run. I made the call back within 20 minutes to cancel my order but it had already been shipped. Efficient you may say - or maybe just a desperation to exercise their ultra expensive penalisation system for making a mistake. To receive a standard piece of software and return it you will be looking at paying in the region of £16. And that is in unopened - immaculate condition! Jigsaw 24 also invoke a discretionary one month of invoice date restocking fee which could amount to anything between 10% and 50% of your purchase (depending on condition of course). I wouldn't like to be the person tearing the wrapper accidently on a £1000 piece of software!
