After seeing a duplicated negative review of homesupply I thought I should give my opinion... I've used homesupply 3 times now for various bathroom fittings and each time they have been perfect. Their prices are the best I can find and staff have always been really good with me. Cannot fault them and will use again!

Showers to You and Big Bathroom company were heaps better.I found Homesupply were happy to offer me a price match on items, and their correspondence following the placing of the order was excellent. However, once the order had been placed, I received no updates and two our of three of my orders missed their delivery slots. I had to phone about 15 times to find out the status of my order and they eventually took over 20 days (when they said it would be between 7-10 days) and endless promises. I would rather pay a little more and have items delivered on time as I took time off work and sat waiting needlessly. When they finally sorted it out, they behaved like they did us the favour! Showers to You and Big Bathroom company were heaps better.
