Impossible to contact customer service or anyone else.Bought a pair of Goretex Salomon boots. Three months later after a day in the mountains the goretex membrame failed miserably. At £103 pounds a pair I didn't expect this problem. Tried to contact company. Impossible. They dont answer Emails and the helpline is continuosly engaged 24 hours a day. A bogus number obviously. Dont have anything to do with company. Buy from your local shop at last you have somebody to help you. No more internet shopping for me.

Shocking. Take your money and show items in stock when they aren't. They then email you weeks later to say there is no stock. So they have your money for weeks! Disgusting

I Ordered 2 pairs of Merrell shoes from their website that were in stock.5 days later still no delivery email or phone call to explain what was going on. I called them on a 0870 number to find out what was going on with my order. Usual excuses about computer systems being down and kept waiting for 9 minutes (on 0870 number) still no result. Then got an email saying shoes were not in stock. Told them i needed goods asap and if they could not deliver would cancell my order. 20 minutes after telling them this recieved an email saying both pairs had been dispatched. Next day got another email saying only 1 pair in stock. Cancelled my order. Very dissapointing, bad customer service and communication. would not order from them again or recommend not worth the hassle..

I bought a pair of snow boots as a present for my girlfriend. The price was reasonable but it took 7 days for my order to be shipped and then another 4 days to be delivered. Good site but be prepared to wait for delivery.

Site was ok to use but my merrell shoes took over 5 days to arrive so I missed using them for the weekend. Had no explanation or apology either.
