I ordered a cat carrier which arrived with the wrong door. The company insisted on exchanging the whole thing, not just the door. The new carrier arrived with the correct door, but the wrong base and missing accessories. I am waiting for a refund, but so far they have not returned my calls.

AWFUL, AWFUL shop!! Paid for 3 items, received one which was damaged! Emailed them about this and far from being helpful, they were contemptuous and accused mke of slander! Having to take to small claims court to get my money back! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered just under £50 of goods from Feedem 17 March they took my payment same day and I twice contacted them by email as goods not received and no info on delivery. Third time I used the Contact form on their site warning that I'd report them to my credit card company if I did not receive a response next working day. They emailed me to say they had cancelled my order. That was 29 March and I am still waiting for my payment to be refunded. No explanation was given for their lack of delivery or advice on what the problem was. I do a lot of successful internet shopping but I would not recommend this company at all.
