  AWFUL. Bought a dress, seam on neckline was wonky. E-mailed through link on website for an exchange (there is no phone number or address to write to). No response. After 2 weeks cut my losses and returned item - they did not refund postage despite the item being faulty. Still no reponse from AX Paris regarding this. BEWARE if you have problems they will ignore you.
