Avoid like the plague! I called them last Saturday 6th Dec to order some Dubarry Galway boots. Their system was down so the lady insisted she would call me on the following Monday.....guess what, she never called. I emailed a complaint when they still hadn't called on Wednesday, and they tried to say that I hadn't left any details and it was my fault. My wife went to our local stockist (Gallyons in Norwich) and got them £5 cheaper.

I don't write many reviews but just had to thank Sarah and her team for excellent service whenever I've bought shoes both online and at their store in Durham City. My last pair of Cheaneys are fantastic and I'm just about to purchase another pair. I did not look further when my daughter wanted a Barbour quilt jacket a couple of months ago. Sarah had the stock and we bought in store. Looking forward to the new lines coming in! Great to see quality stores in Durham City!

Tried to buy a pair of shoes online and sale was made. Received an email two days later to say that they had priced it wrong. Offered a 10% discount off a much higher price but it was now too expensive. 10% price they offer on first order made so not very generous! Do be careful of their prices as this isn't the first time they have done this!

The purchase went through and a few days later I had an email to say they had made a mistake with the price and as a gesture of goodwill they would give me 10% discount. What is so annoying is that the 10% is offered anyway for first buyers and subscribing to mailing so they are not overly being very generous. The shoes since have been taken off line even at a new sale price! We have in the past bought quite a few things from their shops but we will not be going there again! Very sloppy service obviously they don't have a full proof system checking their prices before going live!

Hi mr harris,i have tried phoning the above number but it was wrong,just to let you know that there was a pricing mistake on the site the actual price was £110 and not £46,as a gesture of goodwill we will reduce the price by 10% making them £99,as you have already paid £49.50,there is a balance of £49.50 to pay so if you would give us a call we will despatch the goods,thank you.

ALL order's are only charged £2.50 for a next day delivery IF they are under £50, other than that we are free unless you needed a world wide delivery?. Beware of this vendor!! This vendor advertised a pair of shoes for £88,it was only at the very last checkout confirmation page that they added VAT and £45 for delivery! Luckily I managed to cancel the transaction.
