The HUT sucks "BIG LEAGUE!" the site charges for expedient delivery and does not deliver! and then if you want to try and ask for a return or refund, not only do they always say NO, they will NEVER allow you to speak to anyone over the phone. You have to communicate 100% thru email, A LOT easier for them to hide and defend their shady deals via email! all i have to say is BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I was so stoked to purchase from this company and ordered several hundred dollars worth of merchandise during their Black Friday sale. After 2 weeks of no word about my order, I searched to find a customer service number or email and found there was none. I tried to communicate via my account and found that I was locked out of my account. With no customer service to turn to...who could I get to reset my account? NO ONE. They just have my money in limbo with no word about my order. I thought to contact their Facebook page just to receive robot like responses. I begged to have a HUMAN email me and let me know exactly what was going on and they said they couldn't do that. So ridiculous. I am still out of money and products and its been a month. Total scammers.

I made a purchase on black Friday as it was an expensive item and I waited for this day to get a bit of a bargain, searched around, decided to settle for thehut, registered, made my purchase, received confirmation email for both of these things, went to log on the next day, my account has been eliminated and my purchase is non existent, I try to contact customer service, they offer no help, 5 emails later they just say they will do nothing about it. Terrible service, terrible company, make your purchases somewhere else.

the hut dot com, what a waste of space this online seller is, they have crap customer service reps and they fill your head full of crap. have you ever heard of clothing banging together and breaking, well this company really does tell you this when you ask them why they do not send all of your orders out together. they also cancelled my account so i could not complain about goods not recieved after six weeks from order date, they also say your goods are in the warehouse ready for despatch. well hut i hope you see this because you are conning bas****s and i will pursue my refund through paypal as i will through the courts if paypal rule in your favour...

The 'customer service' from this shower is diabolical. Kept waiting on hold for twenty minutes on the phone, after waiting a week without contact from them, trying to enquire as to a delivery date for a Christmas present promised "Usually dispatched within 3 days," while some irritating message plays in a really annoying American accent. (They're based in Cheshire, for Christ's sake - can't they find anyone with an English accent???) saying they were waiting for the next available assistant. Gave up in the end. Tried sending several messages.. the last one at 16:45, asked when I would be recieving it. Cancelled the order at 17.45 when I found the same item elsewhere. Then checked this site and saw all the negative comments. Phoned my bank to make sure they didnt debit my card - only to be told they'd already requested payment within minutes of my message to them at 16:45 - obviously they were trying to make sure I didn't cancel. Got an email within another few minutes, saying order had been dispatched - then another saying because it had been dispatched, my attempt to cancel had failed.. (similar tactics to those detailed by another reviewer.) Since they obviously got the message, but chose to debit my card, rather than reply, I think their tactics stink. I'll never deal with this lot again.
