  Unfortunately, I ordered a replacement shower head from this company. When it arrived it was a completely different one from the one I ordered. When I rang their support number, I was met by indifference and told to email in photos to prove I had received the wrong item. I did so, but no response for days. I sent a second e-mail but still nothing. I rang again and was met with more indifference and told someone would be in touch before rudely hanging up on me. I raised a dispute through PayPal and finally they responded via PayPal to say I had not replied to their email. Of course, I had not received any email. Their final response on PayPal told me to address all correspondence to them! Such arrogance! Now 3 weeks since the wrong delivery and no progress. They are clearly not interested in resolving this. Please note I ordered from AQVA.co.uk, despatch was from QS Supplies and billing to PayPal was from Tiles n Baths, all based in Leicester. Directors of all three companies share the same surname, so it is clearly a family affair. I shall not be bying from any of them again!
