Ordered 2 long handled garden trowels from the website and when they arrived they were the shorter versions (their mistake!) so I phoned to get them replaced. First of all the incorrect items had to be returned which today is the fourth day I have waited in for them to be collected despite pre-arranged dates and its not looking good today either!! Excuses range from from address given is wrong to the collection place is a building site (which they don't deliver to)despite them been delivered here, to commercial offices, in the first place. They will not refund my money until the items are returned but have no control over if and when the couriers will collect so absolutely pathetic and would recommend everyone to avoid at all costs even if it means paying a little more!!!! check out their terms as you can easily end up out of pocket even if their mistake

not a good company at all. the customer service is terrible and they treat you with hostility. not only that, they dont believe a word you say and talking to them is like trying to talk to a wall. you just cant get through to them. if this is how the service dept personell are being trained, just think of what the attitude in the comapny is like overall !! who is training them to be like this !!! ? the management ought to be ashamed of themselves. useless company in my honest opinion, if you think their items are cheap, i can tell you first hand that the customer service is even cheaper. avoid at all costs. seriously, do not even browse their website. stay as far away as possible. look at more reviews for this store online before you are even tempted to purchase . 95% of all reviews sound exactly the same and there is a reason for this. please heed my words, im trying to do you a favour.
