The claims on the website "unparalleled customer service","same day dispatch", "1st Class post" are misleading and certainly don't reflect printerinks.com.
When placing the order it stated that goods were in stock (same day delivery), it took over 2 weeks to deliver part of the order. One month later I am still waiting for the remainder of the order (3 cartridges).
I've spent hours on the telephone trying to get through (30 - 40 minutes at a time) on the one ocassion I did get through I was promised that they would be delivered on a certain date, that was 8 days ago, still haven't received them.
They don't respond to emails, faxes or messages, I've posted a letter today I'll see where that gets me.
If you value your sanity don't order from printerinks.com. They will truly drive you mad!!
