  Awful, bad customer service; charged the credit card (with a quite substantial amount) and then stopped replying to emails. Called them, apparently the accounts department had "questions" about the payment/card used for payment (didn't stop them from charging nearly a grand from it), answered the questions and asked for the delivery to be sent out or for a refund. They cancelled the order.
