That just does not happen now adays with most companies you normally end up going though to a large call centre and being told something different every time you call! The machine was delivered on time which was great, i upgraded to a next day delivery service, the machine BH OCEAN PROGRAM G-2345 from what i understand are built by a are built by a spanish firm, This i did not find a problem as all of the Warrenty is handled direct from the company rather than the manufacturer which you may not be aware of at time of purchase. I was pleased with the product and have not had any problems with it the delivery was very quick and was delivered next day as promised. Would definalty purchase again from this company and am now concidering getting an elliptical for my daughter for xmas.
