  I was attracted to this website because they offered next day delivery. So I called them to order a sofabed and they said it would be delivered in a week. I pointed out that I thought they would offer next day delivery and they agreed to deliver the sofabed in a couple of days which I am happy about. They delivered the sofabed but refused to carry the sofabed inside the home. They left it on kerbside as it is their policy. It was raining and we had quickly covered it with plastic sheet and waited for help to carry this inside the home. I do not like this policy at all.
