  I placed an order to be delivered to a BFPO address and was refunded for a return before I had even received the item. I was told that the delivery had been refused, which is totally untrue as the distribution centre is always open and they have no record of a refused delivery. Customer services still refused to refund my delivery charge! They have no evidence in the form of any signature to say it had been refused, apart from the TNT driver writing it on his manifest. Very unhappy, the customer comes first? Not according to The Range! Will never be shopping there again!
