  Their service is a DISGRACE. I ordered an item shown as IN STOCK on their website and they took SIX days to despatch it. Even after dispatching, the Royal Mail tracking number did not register anything for a further TWO DAYS, and another two days later it arrived. I emailed them about it and they never had the courtesy to reply. I will not buy from The Perfume Shop again.
