Don't know about this place. So far, not good. I placed an order with the drinkshop.com on Feb 3rd. Payment was taken on Feb4th. The order page said I would get my order here in the US on Feb. 8th. Parcel Force says it was shipped om Feb.9th. As of today, Feb. 18th, I have not got my package. Parcel Force says it is being held in Customs since Feb.14th. I called US Customs at JFK and they told me they don't have a hold on it. I have called the drink shop and all they can say is "I don't know what to tell you" This is an almost $400 package. If you have a problem there is nothing they can do to help you. So I placed my order 16 days ago and I have nothing. I would be very carefull if you are thinking about ordering from this place. It is my last for sure. I had an order from the whisky exchange mailed to me here in the U.S. on Feb.11th and got the package on Feb.16th. Thats the way it should be.
