  This company is a total con. I recently took out cover for my brand new laptop. The company do not send you documents-unless you call and ask for them (10p min number with long hold times), they email the documents. They failed to email them within their own time limit, they are very slow to reply to emails too. When the documents were emailed- I found that for £3.99 per month- I am only covered up to £250, and I have to pay out £75 excess in the event of the laptop needing repairs etc- if it were to be dropped-they would only pay out £250 minus £75 excess (which you have to pay to them before they pay out anything). terrible company.
