When placing the order it stated that goods were in stock (same day delivery), it took over 2 weeks to deliver part of the order. One month later I am still waiting for the remainder of the order (3 cartridges). I've spent hours on the telephone trying to get through (30 - 40 minutes at a time) on the one ocassion I did get through I was promised that they would be delivered on a certain date, that was 8 days ago, still haven't received them. They don't respond to emails, faxes or messages, I've posted a letter today I'll see where that gets me. If you value your sanity don't order from printerinks.com. They will truly drive you mad!!
