  After talking with them about resetting GENUINE Epson cartridges to maximise use of ink, I bought the resetter they recomended. Didn't use it for a few months but when I did (on 80-90% FULL, Epson cartridges), it appeared to do its job but when I tried to print, the printer said that ALL the cartridges were now empty. So, wasted almost £40 of cartridges; Prink deny any responsibility/refuse any compensation/gestures of goodwill. AVOID THEM !!
