I have used Pharmacy 2 U for my prescriptions for about 18 months without any problems until this Christmas when I had a very bad experience. Here is a self-explanatory letter I wrote to its md, Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about the unforgivable service provided by your company over the Christmas period compounded by highly misleading assurances given to me by phone by your representative on 23rd December 2015 that I would "definitely" receive my order by 7th January 2016 (the day I would run out of my tablets). My order was placed on December 10th (number 3259388) yet as of today January 15th I have not yet received my order! Fortunately I was able to approach my GP in time to avoid running out though it cost me time, effort and money to get myself out of the emergency. I know (from your website) that you warned your clients that there would be problems but in my case the information was too little too late. I await your response before considering further action which may well include publicising my experience. Yours, Ps I did receive my medicines on January 16th- 5 weeks after ordering and a reply to my posted letter (by email from the customer services) but was very dissatisfied with the tone and the complacency- they completely failed to see that their failure was potentially dangerous for my health. I have now stopped dealing with Pharmacy 2 U and feel it's my duty to publicise my experience.
