  I will never deal with Oak Furniture Solutions ever again. I put in for my order the early part of January 2011 and on 10th Jan they charged my credit card for the goods I requested. To this day, 7th March, 2011, I still have not received my goods and have now requested a refund. They let me down 3 times on delivery, the last time being that their van had broken down. But, it took a phone call from myself to find out about this because they were running late on their promised delivery time and no-one bothered to call me to say there was a delay or that they could not, yet again, deliver my furniture. I’m afraid, this type of service is not on. I’ve spent so much money on calling their company on their 0845 number, that I ought to send them a bill for all the trouble this company has caused me, yet alone staying in 3 times to wait for a delivery that never was going to happen. Don’t use this company – they are not worth the trouble!!
