  This is the worst experience I have had first of all I placed my order online for an upgrade waited 2 days it had to be cancelled because it started as a new contract it took another 2 weeks for them to sort out my upgrade with Tmobile after ringing them everyday (2xaday) then I recieved my phone which was faulty screen had cracked as it charged overnight it looked like a refurbished phone touch screen does not work when it was recieved I only had it for a day. They are refusing to repair or replace it asked me to email pictures then said it looks like an accidental damage without any investigation I said something must have happened during delivery and they said it was checked where as postage was still sealed and not opened in front of the delivery guy very upset customer service is appalling they don't deserve any stars need to find out my rights (by the way it's a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact
