POOR Quality, refund promised and not received yet, now in the hands of the credit card company, as you cannot contact these people on a telephone, the only dept. that answers is sales, and they will not discuss problems.   I ordered from this company on Jan 14th, today it is Feb 18th and they have had my money all this time. They agreed and confirmed delivery eight days ago, but no show. They didn't bother contacting me to say they would not deliver, and so I waited in in vain.When I contacted them, they said the mirror wasn't quite ready to go on the van. Days later they have admitted they do not have the materials to make the mirror. They cannot provide me with a delivery date, and refuse to give me a refund, despite the fact that they admit that they do not have the materials to make the mirror, and so cannot have made it yet. Very very poor, and I personally would never have dealings with this company again.
