An appalling shop.I have received one House and Garden and one Glamour from subscriptions made in December 2012. Do they only send magazines wnen I complain? No because I have complained time and again and asked for my money back without success.

Magazineboutique.co.uk has a terrible customer service. Condé Nast cancelled my subcription without reason -it expires in October 2012-, I reported it two weeks ago and I am still waiting for an answer. They have sending me several e-mails claiming to be working on my case, I received the last one a few hours ago: they offered me to pay (again) 90 pounds to subscribe to one of their fabulous magazines. Amazing.
