Had some problems getting my goods ordered, sent LowPriceMemory an e-mail, and they responded very quickly and we rectified the situation. I was surprised to hear back so quickly from an online retailer. Not one of those black holes where e-mails etc just get swallowed up.

I wrote them (using the contact form on their website) asking for the missing card. They answered me that they are unable to send their replacements for any missing items on International orders, and they are unable to offer an insured International service. That means, that if the british post lose your goods, there's no way to get what you paid for!

I bought a Sandisk Extreme III SDHC Memory Card & Card Reader from this company. On their website the card & reader are sold together as one item. 4 days later I received the memory card but no reader. I've emailed them twice to query it but no reply. On their site it says they try to answer most emails within a week of getting them. I've been waiting a week now! There's no contact number so I can't phone them. The only other way of contacting them is to send them a letter but if they won't reply to emails, they're not going to reply to a letter. Customer Service is obviously non-existent in this company.
