Was given London Theatre Direct vouchers for christmas, you can only redeem them by booking with LTD. We just rang and purchased face value tickets of £69 and they charge £83 and £3 extra to post them out. This is not good value

I booked seats via my iPhone, but when the confirmation came through, it was for different seats, than those shown on my screen. LondonTheatreDirect refused to change the seats without charging me 10% admin fee, even thoughI had already paid extra for the "seat protection" and it was a technical problem at their end. What a con! Use a different ticket agent for your Theatre tickets.

The staff at London Theatre Direct were really helpful and managed to change my booking for a later date - in fact, even better seats. :) They were so polite and helpful during what, I'm sure, must have been a very busy week! I would totally recommend their service and will use them again. Thanks guys. The show was amazing too!

A booking was made with this company two weeks ago, the trip was then cancelled due to the volcanic ash. When the booking was changed at additional cost to ourselves the meal which had been in the initial booking was simply ignored. Despite several followups the meal seems to have disappeared into thin air. Several more follow ups were not answered again. At this point we gave up and attempted to cancel the booking. Quick as a flash they refused to refund the booking and / or any part of the booking - funny that all other follow ups took an age to get answered. Points raised in the cancellation mail were also ignored. so my advice would be to mark this company as awfull, avoid if at all possible!!

Do not use this company they , the recent extreme London weather, caused my flight cancellation......I contacted this company they rebooked me at a later date......and then cancelled..........causing untold problems with my trip.....I will never use this comapny or recommend this company to any one..I sure that will not bother them... pat edinburgh
