However on using the telephones I found that the ring volume and earpiece volume on the handsets themselves was very poor. on first contact I was given the option of replacing the handsets, however my complaint was escalated to a "Senior Member of Staff" and these options are no longer available. Shocking ....

From the day I made the order, to the day i recieved my money back, it took an amazing and frustrating 3 MONTHS. Yes 3 MONTHS of mistakes and bumbling staff errors.
