A refreshingly professional company to do business with. Excellent service, communication and aftercare. Quality products and true value for money. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

I ordered a radiator through Inspired Heating, at a very competitive price. The company phoned next day to arrange a delivery date, which could have been the following day. The product was delivered on time, with regular text updates regarding delivery progress. The company phoned me back two days later to confirm the radiator had been received and was in good condition. Overall an excellent experience.

I bought some Radox Towel Rails from these guys. Friendly telephone advice that I struggled to get from other internet companies and prompt delivery - they were the cheapest I could find too!

Early January I have ordered 2 x towel warmers for a project we are currently working on. They meant to delivered it within 2 - 3days. 3 weeks and about 5 phone calls later, I am still waiting for the delivery, which apparently was done yesterday and signed by a guy called Jim (although the delivery was addressed to my site foremen). Well, I am Polish and employ Polish workers, needles to say none of them is called Jim. I have been running a construction company for 5 years now and regularly order products on-line, with different suppliers. However, Inspired Heating provides by far the worst customer service. Stay away.

I have purchased from Inspired Heating twice, the first time being completely hassle free, and the second a complete nightmare. In my experience, the goods generally arrive on the stated delivery date, and the company are quite pro-active in checking that you received the goods you ordered. Unfortunately, this is where the positive comments stop. My second and most recent order consisted solely of an Ultraheat vertical radiator. The order was placed in early October, and the goods arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, upon fitting the radiator, it failed to heat up correctly with only some of the columns reaching full temperature. After contacting Inspired Heating, I was referred straight to the manufacturer, and after numerous phone calls back and forth (Ultraheat aren't good at returning calls), it was decided that the radiator must be faulty. I relayed the manufacturer's diagnoses to Inspired Heating, who then said they would dispatch a replacement. Thankfully I had a couple of days arranged off work, as the replacement did not arrive on the agreed delivery date. After fitting the replacement, I had exactly the same problem. More phone calls to the manufacturer, and they decided that both units had been incorrectly manufactured and were missing an internal part, and they would dispatch a retrofit part to solve the problem. The replacement part arrived, the radiator was drained down and removed from the wall for the third time, part retrofitted, and although there was an improvement, the radiator *still* failed to heat correctly. By this time I had had enough of dealing with the manufacturer, and decided to work through Inspired Heating and let them deal with their supplier directly. I decided in the meantime to leave the radiator fitted, only to return home from work a couple of days later to find that it had sprung a pinhole leak and soaked a newly laid floor. I can only assume that the product was not properly tested at the factory, and a welding fault had been chromed over, the thin chrome layer then promptly having let go under pressure. Having incurred the significant inconvenience and expense of now fitting and subsequently draining down and removing two radiators on four separate occasions, along with a soaked floor, enough was enough. In light of all the problems, I asked Inspired Heating to replace the radiator with an alternative product from their range. As the pipework was already all in place and the room newly decorated, this only left one other product that would fit in place of the existing radiator, which came with a significantly higher price tag. By now we were in December, more than 10 weeks since the original order. Inspired were kicking their heels and taking numerous days to respond to my E-mails, usually blaming their supplier for not in turn returning their call/E-mails. Phone calls to this retailer are almost always greeted by an answering machine, although it's only fair to point out that calls were usually returned after leaving a message. At this time, the crux of the issue was that Inspired Heating did not seem to feel that they should be responsible for providing an alternative replacement product of a greater value, nor providing any recompense for the damage caused by the water leak, despite the Sale of Goods Act stating otherwise. They offered to replace with a THIRD identical Ultraheat radiator, which I felt I had no option other than to refuse, no longer having any faith in the quality of the product. By Christmas I was tired of fighting Inspired every step of the way, when all I wanted was a working radiator. I instructed the retailer to collect the faulty radiators and issue a full refund on the original purchase cost. I then placed an order for an alternative (near identically sized) radiator from another retailer, at a cost of over £200 more than the purchase price of the original from Inspired, and still having received no refund. Once again, the company decided to kick their heels over issuing the refund, with the usual excuses and delays in replying to E-mails. Apparently they need to receive a credit note from their supplier before they will issue a refund. To be frank, I can't see why I should have to wait for their supplier to refund the cost of the radiator before they will issue this money back to me. As soon as Inspired were aware that the returned goods had been received, they should have been able to refund the purchase cost. Hiding behind their supplier seems to have been a recurring theme throughout this saga. As of today, it has been around three weeks since the faulty radiators were collected, and I have just received an E-mail from Inspired Heating stating that they have issued me a refund. I will believe it when I see the money in my bank account. In summary? Well, if your product arrives in working order, you'll probably be fine. On the other hand, if there are any problems, don't expect much of a response from Inspired Heating. This seems to tally with what other reviewers here have suggested. Is it really worth the gamble to save £10 on purchasing elsewhere? I would suggest not.

I purchased a towel radiator from this company. When installed it leaked. At their advice I returned the faulty radiator to the manufacturer who took their time effecting repair. When the radiator was redelivered it had been incorrectly reassembled by the manufacturer. Inspired Heating would only arrange for a further repair...to what was supposed to have been a new product. I declined and Inspired agreed to refund my money and arrange collection of the still faulty product. Despite two subsequent emails and and two telephone calls to Inspired Heating I have still not received refund of the purchase price - some 35 days since I returned the faulty product.

I placed an order on the internet only to have it cancelled by Inspired Heating 2 days later by email unexplained! I requested a reason by email only to have it ignored!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!! It would appear that even an accepted valid order means nothing to them if they change their minds (it makes one wonder what would happen the other way round?).BUY ELSEWHERE.
