    I purchased a Christmas gift on 6th December. When it hadn't arrived by the 23rd December I contacted them and was told it hadn't yet been dispatched. They offered to cancel the order and I agreed. However no refund was provided and when I followed up on the 6th January they said they had dispatched on the 4th January so I couldn't be refunded. I objected and requested the escalate. After some backwards and forwards emails they finally provided a manager email. I contacted him on 6th February and received no reply. It is now 25th February, I have still not received my purchase, have been provided no proof of postage and have not been provided a refund. Disgraceful so called "service". The company is showing a shop safe accreditation on their site and given I'm the second reviewer this has happened to I can not see how that can be justified. I'm disgusted.

    When I placed my order there were supposedly 3 of this particular fragrance in stock. 3 days later the item still hadn't been despatched. I checked the stock level which now said 'out of stock'. So I contacted customer service and asked if they were sending out to me one of the 3 that were available when I ordered. I also advised them it was a Christmas Present and that if it wasn't available to be sent immediately they would need to let me know so I could cancel my order and order from someone else instead as time was short. I received no reply to this email. So a day or 2 later I put in a request to cancel my order as time was getting very short by now and it was imperative I placed an order with another company quickly if I were to stand any chance of it arriving to me before Christmas. They did eventually acknowledge my request to cancel and I have received a refund, but I am extremely unhappy that they are allowed to muck their customers about like this, and to what looks like, falsely advertise their stock availability. There seems to be an enormous amount of negativity out there about this company, but I thought I should give them the benefit of the doubt. I thought I could trust them when I saw their association with Nectar - but it really isn't worth giving yourself a headache by ordering from them - please go elsewhere instead. Rest assured I will NEVER be using them again.

    Received a game in appalling condition (case badly crushed and ruptured almost completely along vertical axis including insert), despite being sold at near retail price for the game as new. Emails to this company go unread and ignored, as was apparent after phoning in. My question as to whether they thought this was a fair sale was repeatedly ignored. Instead they chose to respond with hand waving about terms and conditions and arguing semantics. In short, horrible company, horrible customer service. There are hundreds of other game sellers in the UK that trade responsibly and offer vastly superior customer support. Avoid, at all costs.

There is a phone number, however the message from them is " the person has hung up on you" therefore NO communication. my partner read some good reviews however not sure how credible these are as I've read countless bad reviews. It's disgusting practice to treat customers this way, especially when they can clearly see the item was for a young child and ordered obviously for Christmas. DISGUSTING, I have contacted trading standards and bank to try get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    Ordered and paid for a game on 22nd December 2009, today is 5th Feb 2010, have never received the game, nor any communication from Gameseek to explain why, I have emailed them SEVEN times and not had a reply, they are completely uncontactable and have NO customer service whatsoever, no telephone number, only an address and an email form that they never reply to. I have had to contact the consumer watchdog and the office of fair trading and have just had to send them a letter by recorded delivery asking for my money back which they have in effect stolen! Still waiting to hear! Do not use this company!
