  Absolutely ridiculous service, I do not understand how this business can make any money other than scamming people. I made an order last Monday of £20 and funny enough nobody working at funky hampers has any idea where this order is or when I'm going to get it. Now after complaining about this problem I am getting no responses to my emails, and being completely fobbed off when ringing up. This is one christmas present that is now not going to be opened on christmas thanks to you people who enjoy taking people's money, hope you have a good christmas.
