  I ordered from them twice. The first time I waited over one month to get my order. They say the delay was due to the shipping company and not their fault. The quality of the prints was terrible (poor paper at least for greeting cards, and the colors were all off). Their customer support was useless (they respond immediately but do not address your questions). Shame on me, I ordered from them a second time, and after one month I am still waiting. They say the order is stuck for "technical reasons". Based on my experience, the average lead time they declare on their website is just a lie. This service is cheap but it is really worth nothing. I wish I had checked a review site like this before placing my order!
