I bought 2 expensive jackets which were supposedly delivered by Yodel to my address, when nobody was in. When I got home there was a card through my door from Yodel, their delivery company, that said on it 'door' There was no package?? I checked with neighbours etc and then informed Flannels. Flannels then told me they would check with the courier. After numerous calls, e mails and promises they came back after 2 weeks and said the courier had delivered it to a man with my name at the address and he'd signed for it!! Not only is that an impossibility as I was miles away at work and can easily prove it, they also refused to send me a copy of the signature and won't explain why I have a card from Yodel which simply says 'door'. I have now reported it to the police and it is with my credit card company. I also reported it to Paypal, who advised me that this happens all the time, especially with Yodel and that Flannels doing nothing about it. I would advise you not to use Flannels or Yodel as they are a disgrace. They now have 3k of my money, I have no goods and they refuse to explain how I can sign for something when the house is empty and I am miles away at work in a meeting with numerous people as witnesses, clocked in, with the alarm set at my house, that shows it was set at 8.30am and wasn't disarmed until 18.35pm. Either the delivery driver has stolen my package, or they have left it outside my door with no signature? Either way, I don't have my goods and I have never signed for anything. DON'T USE FLANNELS, they don't respond, they don't do as they promise and they are not interested in the truth. My credit card company have advised me to leave it with them to recover my money and then I will sue Flannels for deformation of character.
