Ordered an inset stove online, took payment approx £800, then took 7 days to contact us to tell us that fire was not in stock. Advised that I should have contacted them by phone to confirm that they had it in stock, even though I had a confirmation of my order emailed to me. No offer of compensation, even though they have had that money sat in their account for a week. Advised me that another online store have the stove in stock, asked why they couldn't order this one, they said it is not their policy?! Very disappointed, asked to speak to manager but was already talking to the manager?! We have booked a stove fitter to come and fit the stove which we now have had to rearrange. Very poor service, would definitely not recommend.

Efficient and courteous service provided by this company, and it was a great deal - fire, gloves and pipe all inclusive. My initial contact by phone was answered quickly without an extensive menu system and staight through to a human being both times I called (this was in stark contrast to a competitor I also tried to call). I wanted the fire before Christmas and was promised it in 2-3 weeks from order, which was fine. The delivery was on-time and well organised by the delivery company. I am very happy with the service throughout and the product.
