  Great service from this store. I purchased a fire on Monday night then had doubts, I telephoned Tuesday morning and spoke with Steve. He told me to my surprise it was already dispatched,but if I wanted to change there would not be a problem we discussed the Electric Stove I had ordered and he asked my room size and said it was too big. He then made suggestions of what would be suitable in the Dimplex range,Original order was cancelled.We trawled through the site looking for a suite. When we decided, we went back on the phone to Steve. He said that it would be suitable and placed the order. No hassle about cancellation good advice with no pressure, he also highlighted the 30 day free returns if we did not like what a wonderful option! We do not take delivery until October our choice so will be back then to discuss quality etc. If any one is wary about buying a suite online don't be with Fireplace world its easy and customer friendly and best of all its the cheapest we saved over £180.

  I needed a fire place for a renovation job that we were finishing off. After looking on the homepage of the website I noticed they offered NEXT DAY DELIVERY. After ordering and paying the the item I was told it would take up to 2 weeks before the fireplace would arrive. Our client was expecting us complete the work within a few days and now has to wait until Fireplace World pull their finger out. NOT RECOMMENDED
