  We waited 8 weeks for our Noah Bunkbeds. They arrived and were assembled and looked great. 4 nights of sleeping hell on the mattress the sleep specialist had recommended. I called customer service who were polite and apologetic but unfortunately 'we were going around in circles' as we cannot exchange mattresses once opened. Our staff are there to advise and we expect customers to do their own thorough research. For a child this is a great mattress but we bought the bunks especially as they sleep adults. The frame is great but steer away from the mattress for an adult. Oh, and do your thorough research. The staff were literally arguing under their breath infant of me who got the sale so commission is clearly the drive behind a sale. John Lewis next time where they actually really do care about your happiness with a product.
