I was worried when I didn't hear for 5 days and thought the item may be out of stock.I phoned and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful; emailed the supplier immediately and double checked that there was no problem. Lights arrived two days later perfectly packed. I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed with this company.

  Very disappointed in the service I received. Inadvertently I ordered the wrong size bathroom ceiling light but didn't't realise it immediately as I am currently refurbishing the whole house. As soon as I opened the box, I contacted Easylighting who refused to consider exchanging the light for a smaller one, even if I agreed to place a substantial order for other lighting. They were within their rights to refuse my request but I feel it was an extremely unhelpful attitude and I will not be ordering from them again.

  Great customer service and good huge range of products - easy to get hold of via e-mail or phone. Had a small problem with a damaged part when assembling it and they were very helpful if sending a replacement. Also they use the best delivery service I have come accross - updating you with delivery time and slot (1 hour slot!) via text and e-mail with a very easy option of rescheduling delivery if not convenient.
