We had paid a visit based on the large quantity of items on the website but apparently very little of this is actually kept in stock which is rather disheartening for my kids especially who were excited to look at parts for their scooters. The member of staff seemed a bit unsure of himself and tried selling us alternatives that were in stock (probably so they didn't have to order anything) what they seem to fail at understanding is that the customer does know more about what they want than the staff does. We were however told that we could order the parts online and either have them available for collection in store or have them delivered. At first this sounded like a good idea but upon looking through the website for parts, the T's & C's, delivery times etc... once again we found ourselves disappointed. The fine print on the website like the T's & C's make me feel like they have been intentionally worded like they have to confuse the customer. Delivery times are far too long especially considering the postage is £10 a 5-10 day delivery time for simple items is just to long in my honest opinion. My advice, if you are not bothered about delivery times and the cost of postage then by all means use Demon Xtreme. If you are however looking for faster delivery at a cheaper rate then you are best off looking elsewhere and you can easily find other companies with a quick google search.

Which I did and then still waited over a week for my order to arrive ( you would think they would have rushed the order but no ) So eventually I got my alternative order then some weeks later the MD a Jason Kahn contacted via Email ....amazingly his email got through to me , where as all his managers and staff could not AMAZING !!' So he says his staff tried to contact me etc etc and basiclly try pass the blame onto me . And would I amend my review , to which I stated absolutely not I stand by review , and rather than contact me and apoligise for the bad service and admit they messed up . No he responds to reviews saying they tried to contact me via emails and phone etc etc .... But the only time I recieved any emails was from Jason Kahn so why can his email get through but his staffs can't.... So rather than apoligise and at no point has he Phoned to apoligise , he does tut for tat review posts trying to wash all blame from Demonxtreme . I'd bought many times from Demonxtreme but on eBay ..., this was my 1st purchase on there own site and it turned into a complete nightmare ..,, I would advise to buy from proline skates , metal monster or puck stop rather than this company as orders are dispatched same day and tracked to your door . BEEARE OF DEMONXTREME , Bad service no communications No apology when they messed up and suddenly recieve emails no bother when they want a review amended .. Buy elsewhere folks Jason Kahn and Demonxtreme are not worth the drama !!!! Nightmare company
