  do not go for the cashback offers or free gifts with these people, they will make it next to impossible to claim. personally, we have been waiting since october,(its now mid-march), for them to supply a laptop and hdtv on 2 phone contracts, admittedly it has been complicated by a change of address, but this has just given them a cast iron reason to stall on supplying the goods.
