    Real shame the minimum is one star ! Don't even deserve that ! This company should be avoided at ALL costs - By all accounts fine if you are lucky enough to get a complete and accurate order, but have an issue, and this company does not want to know ! - Completely inept - Will not respond to emails or calls ! AVOID !!!

I've just received my blind, completely wrong colour and pattern than that on the website, after email only correspondence! which is always worrying, they're telling me it is the correct blind. It's such a joke the pattern is a different design and each one is 200% bigger!! Total misrepresentation. PLEASE READ THIS

    I've just received my blind and I must say it was worth the shot because we paid less and got what we wanted! Product looks really well and does the job. They are a lot cheaper which made me suspicious at first but I do not regret my choice. Excellent service! Will definitely be coming back!

The delivery went smoothly, within the time frame they advised and the blinds look wonderful. We got some wooden blinds from this place and will keep them in mind for future projects because they were a great choice.

I have been shopping online for 10 years and this is the first bad review I have ever written- seriously stay away from this company.

    After having this company recommended by a family member I felt confident they could help us get a decent blackout blind for our son's room. Unfortunately, they didn't live up to the recommendation. Two weeks after ordering the blind, I had to contact them to see where the order was, as the supposed tracking system on their website only referred me to their contact details. The response came a day later, stating that they had to check with the warehouse as they were unsure as to the status of the order. A few days later we received an e-mail stating that the blind would be delivered that day. Since ordering the blind we had managed to pick out, measure up, order and have carpet fitted for my son's room. The blind arrived yesterday as promised, only to be accompanied by woefully poor instructions. It comes with two meager screws and raw plugs and no instructions on how to attach the brackets. The instructions on the website are only moderately more helpful. Fortunately I have some grasp of DIY and can figure out what size hole to drill where, as well as use extra screws to ensure the brackets don't turn. Now fitted, it is obvious that the 3mm they take off for tolerance is more than that and light now creeps round the sides and above the blind, defeating the idea of a blackout blind. The travel blind we were using was more efficient and cost half the price. Perhaps we should have stuck with this. We'll see if the gaps round the edge prevent our son from sleeping tonight. Definitely would not recommend this company and certainly won't be using them to order more blinds when we fix up the other bedrooms.

    Blinds came with faulty roller holder ! Cords Not clasped in so uneven pulling! Told pick up and no pick up ! and as for customer services (which is email only ) told they will Repair the faulty blind that was supplied hours before? as no stock of size so repair only! This company supply a third party service so you never contact the people supplying the blind ! in one word for service given RUBBISH!!

    After reading some other reviews I was very concerned about my recent order using Blinds UK. I'm happy to say that 4 out of the 5 blinds I ordered on the 7th May have now arrived and they are fine. The service was slow,(14 days not 7 as advertised) but they were supplied to the sizes I had measured them. They were also much cheaper than buying the equivalent blinds through other blind manufacturers.

    Consistently bad, will only correspond via email yet you can order over the phone. Waited nearly a month to deliver yet claims 7 to 10 days on website. Won't refund either. Judging by the other reviews we can expect a sub-standard product if we do ever receive it. Hard to believe service this shocking exists nowadays. Avoid like the plague!!

Whilst it is true that correspondence is largely done by email - it worked out fine for me. We wanted the pelmet for one of the wooden venetian blinds a different length than what would normally come with the blind and I rang and spoke to someone who said that I needed to email that request along with the order (they have a mechanism for doing this and she explained how.) Within a short time I had an email saying that they needed to check with the manufacturer and 24 hours later I had the confirmation email that the manufacturer would do this. OK, some people would find this frustrating but we found this acceptable, and they were the only company we could find that did the colour and slat size we wanted. The blind arrived when we expected it as per their delivery estimation - exactly as we wanted it. The ends had even been coloured which we weren't necessarily expecting as the website does indicate they wouldn't be. Maybe they have changed supplier, or we just got lucky?? The second blind arrived even quicker than the first, again exactly what we wanted. I couldn't fault them, and am really happy with the quality of the blinds. Yes I would use them again.

Customer service is terrible, you can only contact them by email, blinds supposed to arrive next day, they don't when you try to contact customer services it's by email only so there is another delay. When the wooden blinds arrived they weren't lacquered on the ends, on contacting them again (through the sales department) the sales woman said no-one in customer services could speak to me, but their blinds are not coloured on the ends, this is their normal practice, she said she would email customer services! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE

Communications slow, discourteous and inept. Quite frankly, I wish I'd never heard of them ever - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I was told that there was a 3-5 day delivery but nearly 3 weeks I am still waiting and I have only just been told that what I have ordered is not in stock as they have only just started to make them. When I spoke to someone in sales (funny that you can speak to someone if you are ordering) they said that they would pass on my comments but I could not speak to anyone as they only communicated via the web. So I am doing that now to warn you not to do business with this company. I doubt that I will get my goods as I have seen other reviews of this company and they are just as bad.

    I ordered a blind and it came back the wrong length - they refused to correct their mistake unless I paid for new lourves. Would never use again. Dont risk it. They are cheap but there is a reason for that.
