Ordered product to go into our new ensuite. Made sure got here early so not to hold up plumber. When floor boards were lifted we were really unlucky and the waste for the shower tray sat right on top of a joist which meant it couldn't be fitted. Contact wd bathrooms to see if they would take it back. Because we were over our 2 weeks they would not! Disappointed considering lots of their website talks about their excellent customer care. Be warned not flexible and customer friendly. Will not use again.

This company is an excllent supplier with a great customer service follow up. After 3 months following our order, we, had a faulty part.On contacting the customer service department, arrangement were made to mail a new replacement part without charge or quibble. Found the website via searching on shower doors. It was easy to navigate with clear infromation about the product. Order process was smooth and delivery date was arranged via a phone call from the delivery company. Time slot was confirmed the previous day, delivery made as agreed. The item, a sliding shower door, is fantastic, my only 'gripe' is that the fitting instructions could have been more detailed and clearer, but i managed to fit it and it works great, so they could not have been that bad. I also received a follow up call from WD checking on the service provided by the delivery company, so they obviously care about customer service. Would recommend this company, and would happily use them again. JJ - Devon

We were searching the internet for a specific shower tray and enclosure in a non standard colour when we were directed to WD bathrooms. A phonecall to them was duly made and very pleasant staff were very helpful and so we placed an order over the phone. We were called when the order was in the warehouse and delivery arranged. As we live at the other end of the country from the warehouse we were more than pleased when it arrived well within the time slot given ,by pleasant helpful fellows. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and the products are excellent quality too !

Hi found the customer service, extremely unhelpful, I had a shower screen which was not even unwrapped, (I was unable to use it in my bathroom). I asked if I could return it or exchange it even, but they just kept quoting 'the distance selling regulations' at me great for them, useless to me. DO NOT USE THEM! totally unhelpful - they don't seem interested in service just getting their hands on your money!

The web site was what initially attracted me to this company; being easy to navigate with clear illustrations and good images. I contacted them by phone as I wanted more information about a walk-in shower and was greeted by a friendly voice and received helpful information. I ordered over the phone and the goods arrived on the day I requested, I also got a text message telling me between what times the goods would arrive. I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to friends.

I was let down by another supplier and was desparate to get ashower door and tray. I called at 2.30pm and it was here at 10.30am the next day. The cubicle has now been fitted for a few weeks and looks great. The service was spot on.

WD Bathrooms gave me a confirmed delivery date and time slot, only to inform me on the day that an error meant the products had not been sent out to their delivery company. The delivery was rescheduled, once I explained I had booked a plumber to come in to fit it, only to be delivered with parts missing. Their only "compensation" was to refund me for the part that didn't arrive and advising me to buy it myself locally. I made at least 6 phone calls and took 2 days off work - there must be more efficient businesses out there!

Delivered a shower tray with parts missing (the stand on which the base sits). Told the customer that they were in the package when it left the warehouse - clearly not as it was still sealed on delivery. Customer service was poor. Told eventually that the customer would have to pay to return the item and then another would be sent out - the fact that it had to be fitted without the stand in the end as the bathroom fitter was waiting on delivery meant nothing to WD Bathrooms. A reasonable solution of refunding £30 for the stands that were not supplied was refused. If you wish to purchase from this company - good luck!
