Tiger Sheds Online Shop

Quality of sheds appears excellent for the price. However, customer service needs real help. Their delivery timescales are very confusing. I was under the impression it would be delivered within 8 days (as per the delivery estimate on the site). However, on calling for an ETA, their response was to laugh and say I should call them back in a week. When I did, I was told it would be delivered in another 10 days. Don't order if you expect it to be delivered soon and don't expect good customer service.

Similar experience to another reviewer here, the shed I ordered had a "Free 6 day delivery" advert, but when I rang on day 4 to ask when the delivery would be, I got a very off-hand response saying that it wasn't day 6 yet. On day 6 (Thursday) I rang again to be told it would be delivered Monday. Too late for the weekend when I wanted to build it, and no real effort appeared to have been made to meet the delivery commitment, or keep me informed. Whilst I understand that the delivery promise is not a binding commitment, an excuse of 'too busy' doesn't fill me with confidence. However good the shed is when it finally arrives, probably wouldn't motivate me to use Tigersheds again.

If you believe the reviews written on their website this company can do no wrong which is why I chose to buy my shed from them. The shed I chose had a 5 day delivery estimate which they promised to make every effort to honour barring a "force majeur event". However after 6 working days I had heard nothing. My subsequent phone call was met with a shrug of the shoulders and it took another call the day after to get a delievery day. Yet another day passed before it was confirmed and I am now promised it within 10 working days. Dont believe the hype!!!
