  The customer service this company offers is non-existent. They are extremely happy to sell you products BUT when there is a problem or you need after-sales help, they are completely uninterested. You cannot call them - they will not accept any calls relating to warranties or after-sales care or customer support of any nature. The ONLY way you can contact their "customer services" is via email. This gives them the option to (a) ignore you (b) not answer your questions (c) both of the previous. The warranties they offer are practically useless since most of the service agents they refer you to will not undertake any warranty work on products that were not purchased from them. I purchased from them as they offered the best price. What a mistake I made. It may have been the best price but what I didn't know was that it came with NO AFTER SALES SERVICE AT ALL. You have been warned. I am not alone in having had this experience, so, unless you are skilled enough to be able to fix anything you buy or just don't care that the "warranty" that is offered is worthless, DO NOT buy anything from this company. Look elsewhere and buy from a company that has real customer services and a full after-sales service
