Purchased from Silver By mail as a gift ffor friend, broke first time worn, when returned we were told not a manufactor fault but handled to rough (was not, wife and myself with the lady when she put it on and broke within 5 mins)we have to pay for repair, repair not doen on site but sent away and will take approx 10 days before being returned to silver by mail, who will send on to me. Last time I use, when I asked to be removed from mailing list due to poor service, they really did not care!
