• Ordered a pair of SLUMBERDOWN pocket sprung pillows on 14/11/09. After several emails to the customer services dept. the pillows finally arrived 15/01/10. However, they are not Slumberdown pillows but "The Home Store"???!!! Customer services have not been particularly helpful or apologetic, there was no prior information given on delivery delay or substitution of product. Will never use this, or any of its sister companies again. Absolutely appalling service.
